Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 10, 2026
Nullworks (“Nullworks”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the Nullworks Client Portal available through nullworks.cc. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when clients use our website and Client Portal.
1. Information we collect
When you create or use a Nullworks Client Portal account, we may collect information including your name, email address, company or brand name, website, project information, creative briefs, comments, brand guidelines, logos, images, videos, documents, design files, reference materials, and other files that you choose to upload.
We also process basic technical information necessary to operate and secure the service, such as login activity, account status, timestamps, and application activity.
2. How we use your information
We use this information only to provide and operate the Nullworks Client Portal and our creative services, including:
- creating and managing client accounts, brands, projects, and requests;
- receiving creative briefs and reference materials;
- storing and organizing client-provided files;
- communicating with clients about projects;
- delivering completed work and revisions;
- managing project approvals, comments, and activity history;
- maintaining the security and reliability of the Client Portal.
We do not sell personal information or client project information.
3. Google Drive integration
Nullworks Client Portal uses the Google Drive API to store and organize files uploaded through the Client Portal.
The application requests the Google OAuth scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file. This permission allows the Client Portal to create and manage files and folders that the application creates or that are explicitly made available to the application in the authorized Google Drive account.
Client uploads may be automatically organized into folders based on the relevant client, brand, project, and request.
Google Drive data is accessed and used only to provide the file-storage and file-management functionality of the Nullworks Client Portal.
We do not use Google Drive data for advertising, profiling, or unrelated purposes.
We do not sell Google user data.
We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except when necessary to provide, secure, maintain, or comply with legal obligations relating to the service.
Google Workspace API data is not used to develop, improve, or train generalized or non-personalized artificial intelligence or machine-learning models.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including applicable Limited Use requirements.
4. File storage
Files submitted through the Client Portal may be stored in an authorized Google Drive account and/or in private storage associated with our website infrastructure.
Files are organized according to the client, brand, project, or request to which they belong. Access to project information and files is restricted to authorized users and Nullworks administrators involved in providing the service.
Clients should only upload files and information that they are authorized to provide to Nullworks.
5. Data sharing
We do not sell or rent personal information or client files.
Information may be processed by service providers that are necessary to operate the Client Portal, such as website hosting providers, email delivery services, and Google Drive. These providers process information only as necessary to provide their respective services.
We may also disclose information where required by law, regulation, legal process, or a valid governmental request.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain account information, project records, communications, and files for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain project history, comply with legal obligations, or resolve disputes.
Clients may request deletion of their personal information or eligible project information by contacting Nullworks at the email address below. Certain records may need to be retained where required for legal, accounting, security, or contractual purposes.
Disconnecting the Google Drive integration prevents the Client Portal from making new authorized requests to Google Drive. Files that have already been created in Google Drive may remain there until they are deleted by the authorized Drive owner or through the Client Portal where deletion functionality is available.
7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information and client files against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including the right to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain processing.
To make a privacy-related request, contact us using the information below.
9. Third-party services
Our services may use or link to third-party services such as Google Drive. Their handling of information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, technology, or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
